5 workouts you can do in ten minutes to get a beach body in the New Year

With the end of the year upon us, everyone’s schedules are packed with holidays, away from the city’s chaos. Some of us like serene and calm vacations while others look out for adventure during these holidays. But what remains the same, is the pining urge to share photos and stories on Instagram describing how good we look in our beach bodies. But some of us might not be ready for the same? While it’s convenient to shrug it off, it’s almost like taking it up as a personal challenge when you shed those extra kilos and look radiant in your beach-body.

What’s needed are quick and effective workout routines that you can make time for, in your packed daily schedules and make way for 2022 in style! Don’t forget to smile when you finally pose in that fabulous outfit.

While habits such as regular stretching exercises and walks can greatly impact your overall health and do wonders for your mental health and sanity too. Below are 5-10-minute high-intensity workout routines that are a must try:

1. Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a combination of kicking and punching. It’s a popular workout routine with celebrities such as Gigi Hadid and Ellie Goulding.
