Makes 1 pizza omlette
2 tsp butter
Dried Italian herbs
Salt to taste
- In a small bowl beat your eggs, add salt and mix well. Heat a frying pan, add the butter.
- Pour eggs into the pan and cook until you are able to get a spatula under it and flip without breaking it.
- When it is flipped over the top with pizza sauce and cheese and spread it evenly. Cook until cheese is melted.
- Remove it from the frying pan and sprinkle dried herbs.
- Enjoy it piping hot.
