Pizza Omlette

Saud Khan, Our Fitness Trainer demonstrates the very healthy and yummy pizza omlette. A low-carb breakfast fr you all. This recipe is full of calcium and protein and very filling to start your day with a bang.

Makes 1 pizza omlette

3 Eggs
2 tsp butter
Pizza Sauce
Dried Italian herbs
Salt to taste


  • In a small bowl beat your eggs, add salt and mix well. Heat a frying pan, add the butter.
  • Pour eggs into the pan and cook until you are able to get a spatula under it and flip without breaking it.
  • When it is flipped over the top with pizza sauce and cheese and spread it evenly. Cook until cheese is melted.
  • Remove it from the frying pan and sprinkle dried herbs.
  • Enjoy it piping hot.
