Product Description
- A type of fatty acid, medium-chain-triglycerides (MCTs) are quickly absorbed by the body and used for energy and are less likely to be deposited as fat, when compared to long chain fatty acids.
- There are four types of MCT’s: caproic acid, caprylic acid, capric acid and lauric acid Consume 1 tablespoon of MCT oil directly, or mix into water, fruit juice or a sport drink.
