I bought it for my mother and she loved it actually i had these earlier in 3 mg and she always complains about her being a late sleeper so once when i was at home fr my vacations i have given her just like that and from then on she have started saying that i could wake up early as i could sleep well at night

I using it for last few days and got superb results. 6 mg to 9 mg is more than enough for me to get a deep sleep.
