I received the wrong product in my order, and when I contacted GNC India, I was told that my complaint could not be escalated because I did not provide a “proper unboxing video.”

The issue is that the product was unopened when received. How is a customer supposed to know that GNC has packed and delivered the wrong product before opening the package? Expecting customers to record a perfectly documented unboxing video while opening every package is simply not a reasonable solution to a fulfilment mistake.

What made the experience worse was the response from customer support. Instead of investigating the order, checking the packing/dispatch records, or helping resolve the issue, I was repeatedly told that the case could not be considered because of the missing unboxing video.

If GNC sends the wrong product, the customer should not be left responsible for proving GNC's fulfilment error through a specific video format.

Very disappointing experience from a brand I expected much better customer service from.

The taste of strawberrry flavour is superb and it also mixes well
But i have a suggestion GNC have to give discount to their permanent customers
