Orange and cranberry formed clumps even before opening and were not in usable condition packing or storage facility should be improved

I ordered three flavours — Cranberry, Orange, and Blueberry. Blueberry was in good condition, but both Cranberry and Orange had formed clumps when I opened them. The product was stored properly, so this was disappointing. Packaging or moisture control could definitely be improved.

I ordered this three pack, creatine monohydrate 50g and when I received the three packs, one of them didn’t even have the batch number manufacturing number and all the details and the packet was in a very bad condition. It looks like it was very old and the other two packets which I got when I open one of them, it had lumps all over the creatine as if there was already moisture present in this creatine, and when I try to contact GNC support, they started saying we are trying new things in our creatine. Maybe because of that the lumps are there and it is very normal. It is normal, but having lumps from the starting, even when I have not open the packet. and I even contacted them and said, maybe replace it because I want to open the rest to and the first one which I have opened is full of lumps, but I didn’t got any support from the GNC very bad experience would not recommend this
