Pre-Workout

This is a good quality pre-workout and it performs as expected. For me, the flavour wasn't something I'd look forward to every day, although it mixed well and supported my workouts. I can see why many people enjoy it, even if my preferences are slightly different.

The formulation and quality seem excellent, and I had a good experience overall. I personally found that taking it about 25 to 30 minutes before training worked better than having it right before my workout. Once I adjusted the timing, the experience improved.
