Taste: Very good choclate taste, but can be a little too sweet for some people.
Mixability: Mixes Very smoothly(no lumps) with both water and milk, thought it is a little thicker with milk.
Texture: Not that great. It is somewhat gritty and Sandy, but not that bad with water.
Overall a great product for the price. Best with either water or when mixed with oats and milk and refrigerated for an hour(even 20-30 minutes is good enough). Better than most whey protein at this price.
