I’ve been using GNC products for quite some time. I’ve used GNC Creatine the most, along with Protein and Omega-3, and I’ve recently ordered Omega-3 again. I’ve personally noticed good support in terms of strength and workout recovery. I’ve also been training consistently for the past year, and through my workouts and diet I’ve gone from 130 kg to 97 kg — a 33 kg weight loss journey. Overall, I’ve had a very good experience with GNC products and will continue using them. 👍

I ordered a black shaker through the GNC app, but received a white shaker instead. I contacted customer support multiple times regarding the issue and eventually managed to speak with the support team.

I understand that GNC requires an unboxing video for such complaints, and I provided the available video. However, the colour of the shaker can only be confirmed after opening the package. Despite explaining the situation and providing the available evidence, my issue was not resolved.

The app and ordering experience were fine, but receiving the wrong item and then not getting a satisfactory resolution from customer support was very disappointing.

GNC should have a more reasonable and customer-friendly process for genuine wrong-item deliveries. I hope this is improved in the future

After taking creatin it irritate my throat and causes throat infection

I want this offer again and also want to order more products from gnc so i will wait for the upcoming sales for the products
