I liked the GNC product and it was delivered very quickly, thank you.

This is a good quality pre-workout and it performs as expected. For me, the flavour wasn't something I'd look forward to every day, although it mixed well and supported my workouts. I can see why many people enjoy it, even if my preferences are slightly different.

The formulation and quality seem excellent, and I had a good experience overall. I personally found that taking it about 25 to 30 minutes before training worked better than having it right before my workout. Once I adjusted the timing, the experience improved.

The workout support has been great, and I especially like how easy it is to mix. I gave it four stars only because flavour is a personal preference and I'd love to see more flavour options in the future. Apart from that, I'm very satisfied.

This has worked well for my training routine and gives me a noticeable boost before workouts. I took a couple of sessions to find the serving size that suited me best, but once I did, the experience was consistently good. A quality product from GNC.
