FAQS
Q: What makes plant protein different from whey or casein protein?
A: Plant protein is derived from plant-based sources like pea protein isolate and brown rice protein, while whey and casein are milk-derived proteins. It’s a great option for those following a vegan lifestyle or with dairy intolerance.
Q: Can I use this for meal replacement or weight management?
A: Yes. Its high protein content and slower digestion help keep you full for longer, reducing unnecessary snacking and supporting better calorie control.
Q: Is it keto-friendly?
A: Yes. The formulation is free from maltodextrin and unnecessary carbs, making it suitable for keto-friendly diets when aligned with your overall macros.
Q: Is it fast-digesting like whey or slow-digesting like casein?
A: It digests at a steady pace, similar to casein, helping provide sustained release of amino acids and keeping you fuller for longer.
Q: Does it contain maltodextrin?
A: No. It is completely free from maltodextrin and unnecessary fillers.
Q: Should I mix it with hot or cold water?
A: You can mix it with cold or warm water, or plant milk, based on your preference. It blends easily in both.
I never tried plant protein before this, i have ordered choco hazelnut flavor which i mixed with 350 ml of water its very thick and creamy, little cholky aftertaste though but still i like it cause tasty budget friendly and GNC trust. I would love to try more flavor if better than this

plant isolate protein feedback.
im really impressed with how fast the order is being delivered and with quality and the taste of the protein. my request is to make sure the packing should be done better as the parcel box i received was crushed no damage to packets. apart from that i really love the protein, no issue in mixing or digestibility
