Apple‐Cinnamon Overnight Oats

No time to prepare breakfast in the mornings! Try this recipe made using fiber-rich oats and apple and our very own whey protein powder GNC Pro Performance. Packed with protein and fiber – a great way to start your day! Each serving will approximately provide you 20 – 25 grams of protein. We will share the detailed nutrition table soon.

Makes 3 servings

Ingredients

1 cup oats (dry, uncooked)

½ teaspoon cinnamon

2 cups of milk

¼ nutmeg

1 medium apple

½ teaspoon maple syrup

3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 scoops of GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein

Method:

  • Chop apple into bite‐sized pieces.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium‐sized bowl and stir well.

  • Portion mixture into 3 servings by pouring into single‐serve mason jars.

  • Cover each jar and store in the refrigerator overnight.
