Power Protein

So far I could only manage drinking 1-2 scoops in
16 days because the protein is overly sweet, overly milky and mix ability is very poor.
It was my first and last order and GNC should mention in big letters 15gm per scoop.

Shaker not received ??

In photo it's showing 15 gm protien but you have written 30 gm protien .

After doing this, I came to know that as you say, everything has gone waste and there is a need to avoid it.

The order status was marked as fulfilled. When I got a chance to report 4 days later since I was out of town, the rep mentioned without an unboxing video that's sent to them in 48 hrs, they can't assist whatsoever. I investigated with the courier services and sent them evidences of omly 300gms of product shipped to me - the only saving grace to prove the 2kg protein box was not sent to me. They stay unbudged - you don't report to us in 48 hrs with an hnboxing video, no help.
My question is: if the customer was out of town for an emergency or an elderly household member receives the package and opens it, how do you reason such a case?
My 4400/- gone to waste and a bunch of unhelpful customer service reps. Might do an AI if all that they had to tell was 'Sorry - we can't help or escalate'.

No shaker received by me as promised.
