There is no proper return option on their app or website. To return a product, you have to send emails and then wait for someone to respond and approve the request. In 2026, this kind of return process is simply ridiculous.
My product is still completely sealed and unopened, yet GNC wants to charge ₹400-600 as reverse pickup charges for a product worth around ₹1,400.
This is by far one of the most customer-unfriendly return policies I have seen. Buying the product is easy, but returning it feels like a struggle.
