This Holi, Enjoy Thandai with a Healthy Twist!

Holi is finally here! On the day of the joyous festival, you will stay on your feet the entire day- playing with colours, eating delicious food, and enjoying yourself with loved ones as you remain socially distanced from large crowds. At the same time, you will require some additional energy to sustain your energy levels.

To stay energized, cool, and in the Holi-spirit, Thandai with protein should be your go-to-drink. The drink is a nutritious energy-booster, which acts as an instant coolant, enabling you to enjoy the day-long festivities.

Here is how you can make the delicious Holi drink-

Serves- 4-6 glasses

  1. AMP 100% Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla) – 2Scoops
  2. Coldwater-1.5 glass
  3. Deseeded Dates- 2
  4. Roasted almonds- Half cup
  5. Cardamom: 2
  6. Peppercorns- 2
  7. Rose petals- few
  8. Kewra water- 1 tsp
  9. Kesar- 2-3 strings

Method:

  1. Grind Dates, almonds, cardamom, peppercorn, rose petals together into a dry powder
  2. Add protein powder
  3. Add cold water, kewra water, and blend
