Banana & Chia Seed Smoothie

No time to cook full meal food while working from home? Whip up some almond milk, banana, baby spinach, and GNC Soy Protein to make a meal full of required nutrition.

Makes 1 serving.


1 cup almond milk
1 banana
1 cup baby spinach
1 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop of GNC Soy Protein
6‐8 small ice cubes (about ½ cup of ice)


  1. Assemble all the ingredients that you will need for this creamy smoothie.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and secure lid.
  3. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
