Well, at every stage an individual will face problems and we need to put ourselves foremost strong before any kind of problem.
1. Love your Childhood days: Don’t you think, kid’s health matters more than their grades!! I sometimes feel, thankful to god to let me through this stage of schooling and not let me face today’s never-ending challenges. Well, the challenges begin right from the kindergarten and remain till you hold a degree in your hand. Exams are not just quarterly or half-yearly now, they almost happen every week. This makes the kid go through a lot in terms of mental and physical pressure.
I have observed my own nieces and nephews not able to consume much of food due to the pressure of doing well in the exams. There is so much competition outside that sometimes even getting 100% marks cannot get the kids to their desired career. Thus, this makes it clear that mental pressure is responsible for additional physical pressure and ultimately leads to poor health.
Well, as a parent or as a kid, it is our duty to make us or them understand, grades do not matter much as compared to their health. A healthy balanced diet is always the key to improving your lifestyle and let your kids love themselves.
During stressful days, do not put the burden on yourself or on your kids making them eat their not so favorite fruits or vegetables. Try adding more of their favorites food or camouflage, not so favorite ones in the roti dough or mix vegetables or in the juice and give them.
