  • ½ cup low-fat milk
  • ½ cup hung curd (thick)
  • 1 scoop GNC Total Lean® Lean Shake™ (Vanilla Bean)
  • 1 tbsp coffee powder mixed in 1 tsp of water
  • 6-8 ice cubes
