- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 cup skimmed milk or almond milk
- 1 scoop GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein
- 1/2 cup bananas
- 2 tsp sugar-free sweetener
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1 cup of water
Combine all the ingredients in the mixer and blend till it is smooth and creamy. You can also garnish it with roasted chopped peanuts or almonds. And enjoy it immediately.
